A: We will double charge the sample fee basing on bulk price for now. and will return you half once your official order confirmed.

2.Q: Can I have my own design and adding my brand?

A: sure. We can work out your design by your sample photo OR real sample will be much better.and we are responsibility to Secrecy your design.

3.Q: How about the package and the freight?

A:Usually, our stantard packing is 6-12 pcs per carton. one hat in one polybag. and it also could be customized as customer requests. we could work out a suitable freight solution by Sea, by Air or International Express.

4.Q: Is that possible have the cargo pass fumigation or Plant cert inspection?

A: Yeah, until now, our products have get through GB test, Fumigation, Plant cert, Inspection and all kinds of factory inspection by like SGS, BV test.

5.Q: What about MOQ?

 A: Like other suppliers, we seldom do stock. All our hats are produced according to customers requirements.
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs/color/style for wool felt hats and straw hats, 50pcs/color/style for sinamay hats and fascinators.

6.Q: What is the lead time on sample and bulk?

A: For samples: 7-15 work days

For bulk:around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specifications of the order.

7.Q: What is ur FOB port?

A: Our usual FOB port is SHENZHEN port.

8.Q: What is ur payment term?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment, L/C  at sight, Westen Union and Paypal. 

Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
