A1: We are a manufacturer with export license.

Q2. About location: Where is your factory located? Can I visit there?

A2: Address of our factory is Yongan Second Road, Jinwan, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province.

It is near Macao and HongKong. Warmly welcome to visit us. 

Q3. About Sample: How could I get a sample?

A3: Generally, we offer free sample in 3 days while customer pay the shipping cost.

Q4. About logo: Could you print custom LOGO for items?

A4: Yes, we accept customized logo. We have our own department for silk print and laser carving.

Q5. About payment terms: What payment terms do you accept ?

A5: We usually accept T/T and L/C payment terms, but other payment terms also can be accepted after we both confirmed .

Q6. About deposit: Do you need deposit after we release the formal order to you?

A6: Yes, usually 30% or 50% deposit, after deposit received, Order will be arranged for you ASAP.

Q7. Do you accept OEM or ODM in your factory?

Q8. About Quality: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A8: Quality is priority. KLT always pay great attention to quality control. All raw material we used are environmental-friendly. Over 20 QCs handle every detailed processes.
