Steps of order an stair from us:

 

1, discuss style, material and surface treatment for material;

2, we provide our recommendation and qutoe the price according to agreement;

3, we provide detailed designed drawing as per project plan;

4, we update the drawing details according to discussion and request from clients;

5, confirmed order, we start production against deposit payment;

6, we finished separate part and start complete trial installationn for stairs;

7, we send pictures for trial installation and after clients agreement, we start package;

8, we arrange for shipment after balance payment;

9, clients get products and check if there are any damage during shipment; (we will buy ensurance for each order); If yes, we contact with insurance company to deal with claims.

10, clients open package and check if every parts of stairs send to jobsite; 

11, clients start installation; (if needed, we can provide installation guidance)

 

About complaint:

 

1, damage during shipment, we will ask insurance company to deal with claims;

2, if less accessories or material because of our fault, we will send by our charge;

3, if any incorrect products according to final drawing, we will reproduce products or get back of payment;

4, if damage from imporper installation, we can produce material for free and clients response for shipment;

 

About standard:

 

Normally we follow us construction standard, and some other reginon have special request for stair or material like Australia. After our drawing, we will ask clients to confirm if the design follow local standard.

Generally, we design as per Australian Building Codes, or European Standards, but we can also design as per customer’s requirements.
