A: Yes, we are factory and have own sale office.

2. Q: What is your mainly business?
A: We are mainly dealing with SCHOOL & OFFICE FURNITURE almost 10 years, 99% products are exporting to all over the world.

3. Q: Where is your factory?
A: We are locoated in Guangzhou Baiyun District, 25 mins away from Baiyun Airport.

4. Q: Do you have showroom?
A: Yes, our showroom located in Guangzhou, hundreds samples in showroom, welcome to visit us.

5. Q: How can I get to your factory?
A: You can come as follow informations:
By metro: By line 3 to Longggui Station and we will pick you up from the station.
By air: We can pick you up from Baiyun Airport to our factory
or we can pick you up from your hotel .

6. Q:What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
A:We usually accept and do TT payments,30% deposit in advance, and the balance before loading or after check goods..

7. Q:Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? because we don't know how to assemble them?
A:Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still don't know how to assemble, you may consult us.

8. Q:What's your MOQ, and do the price related to the quantity?
A:For long term cooperative customers, no limited on MOQ.

9. Q:If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
A:For sample,we usually charge 3 times price,and the transport fee shoulf be paid by buyer, but don't worry,we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.

10.Q:If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what's the price?
A:If an order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL, If you don't know to deal, we can quote you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port,You can delivery goods at the designated port.
