Q1. Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer specialized sanitizing/sterilizing wet wipes & series of wet and dry wipes.

Q2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our factory is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 2 hours drive from Shanghai . All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

Q3.What is the material of your products?

A:The material is non-woven spunlaces. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

Q4.  What isOEM & ODM terms?

A: OEM & ODM are welcome, there is an extra cost for a private label on the packing bag, front tape, and a back sheet, this is the first time requirement and can be refund if there is repeat order, we are honored to offer you samples free of charge. 

Q5. What is your terms of payment? 

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of inspection reports before you pay the balance.
