   This machine have two seperate print unit, and it is our patented product,it adopt new design and it is easy operate and adjust.

Character and Advantage:                                                           

      1. Easy operation :this machine has double separated printing systems , it is easy to adjust  the water / ink /ps plate and blanket ,and it is safety for the worker.

 

2. High precision  printing: this machine has the side and frond guide for the two printing heads, and the two print heads use the same guide-side for the paper, so the printing is more precise .

 

3. Large Space :  there is enough space for the paper transferring and drying,so it can avoid the problem of dirty. And large space is easy for the worker to check the printing quality for the double side and reduce the rejection rate.

 

4. Imported PLC  control system:this machine adopts the imported plc/ touch screen, and “one touch print”, the ink .water/ plate and clamp is autoamtic.

 

5. Automatic Fault detection :And if there is feeder problem , the machine will stop automatic.and the ink/water/plate clamp will separate automatic, it can avoid dirtying the ps plate and blanket.

1.Question: Are you Manufacture or Trading Company? 
Answer:We are manufacture for the offset printing machine for about 12 years. And we have customer in about 60 countries.we have the4 color offset press, collate machine . Uv coating and spot uv machine. computer paper production  line ,folding machine. Binding machine ,die cutting machine and flexo graphic machine .

 

2.Question: what is your payment term and delivery time ?Answer: we accept TT,30% prepaid as deposit, and before we delivery the machine, you need to pay us the balance . We could arrange the delivery within 10-30 days after we get the deposit.

 

3.Question: How is the quality for your machine ?

Answer: for the spare parts, most of  them are  manufactured  by ourselves,and most of them are done the hardness process treatment. So we can better control our quality from beginning. Electrical Part we had cooperated with good foreign brand, such as UBC, Yaskawa, Siemens, NSK, Delta, Panasonic etc.all the machine will be installed in high precision and be tested for many time before delivery.
