A1: Yes. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.You just need to advise consignee's contact information and courier account number. If you don't have a courier account, we will calculate freight cost for you and prepay it.

A2: Usually we don't have MOQ issue for standard HAN STAT brand units. If you need OEM or ODM service, we'll have a MOQ of 300PCS for device and MOQ of 800PCS for the package. But we're very flexible.Any trial order whose quantity is lower than our MOQ is also welcome.

A3: Depending on the number of your bulk, as well as for the prepaid orders.Discount will be considered accordingly.
Q4: When's your delivery time?
A4: Generally, 3-7 working days for existing samples, within 30days for mass productions.

A5: We recommend Trade Assurance service on the Alibaba platform. T/T, L/C,
