Feature:

5. It conquers the follow problems during production

1)      Burnt caused by the resin is filling faster than air exhaling and result overheated.

2)      Overflow caused by:a.)Temperature of resin gets higher at the tip of seaming and weakens its bonding strengh.b)Air fills up the path and blocks the resin to flow which caused ejection pressure to rise up and materials to overflow.

3)      Due to air pressure the materials are not enough filling which willl cause high defective.

4)      Cells,straps and mottles caused by the hydration cells have not been vaporized completely between air and resin.Reduced tbe deformed defect and cut off the cycling time of the mold.
