    With raw materials of bean pulp and peanut meal, this production line could break and re-systematize the chain of globular proteins with laminar fiber structure by grinding, stirring, tempering, high temperature, high pressure and high shearing process. The final products have the advantages of high nutritive value and meaty shape-taste without cholesterol or animal fat and it can be absorbed by oil, water and flavor, which is able to be applied in many types of fields. Defatted soybean powder, soy protein concentrate or soy isolate protein as the raw material, the textured soybean protein is mainly made through the process of mechanical stirring, extrusion and puffing, with high nutritive value and super-good performance.
Details of  soya mock meat making machine:
1.\tAlloy(38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roastiing or replacing of materials.
2.\tAdopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3.\tGearbox with aotomatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4.\tIncreased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
5.\tBarrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for soya flour, also for corn/wheat flour with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half-expanded as different type of products.
6.\tCutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
7.\tSiemens(China)brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process driving perfect.
8.\tMain motor from Siemens(China), ensure its powerful extrusion and excelllent performance.
9.\tDifferent type and capacity of extruder for your choice.
