1. Q: can I place sample orders?
A: yes, we accept sample orders for fresh clients, but since we are factory, so would require an extra sample cost depends on products you are choosing.
2. Q: what's the delivery time?
A: usually we can make a delivery within 4 weeks after get your deposit, if you don't have special requests.
3. Q: what's your payment term?
A: As to company rule, we can only accept TT, but if invoice value is more than US$30,000, we can accept L/C at sight.
4. Q: what's your warranty term?
A: we offer one year warranty for motors, batteries, chargers, other wearing parts offer half year, details pls. enquiry us.
5. Q: can I mix different models in one container?
A: yes, but delivery time would be a little longer.
6. Q: do you have products in stock?
A: no, we produce according to orders, some common parts we have some stock to ensure delivery time.
7. Q: how does your factory control the quality?
A: we keep quality is priority. We have QC people from parts come in to the end of production. Before shipping, each product would be fully tested and road testing (e-bikes, e vehicles), till perfectly packing.
8. Q: can I make logo on our products?
A: yes, depends on qty we will have an extra cost.
