Technique	Cold drawn
Application	1. Automotive and mechanical pipes
	2. Petroleum cracking pipes
	3. High Pressure Boiler Pipe
	4. Low and middle pressure fluid transportation pipeline
	5. Chemical fertilizer equipment pipes
	6. Heat exchanger pipes
Delivery	1. BK (+C)	No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
Conditions	2. BKW (+LC)	After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
	3. BKS (+SR)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
	4. GBK (+A)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
	5. NBK (+N)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in acontrolled atmosphere.
Package	1. Bundle Packing.
	2. Plain end or vanished as per customer's request.
	3. Wrapped in waterproof paper.
	4. Sackcloth with several steel strips.
	5. Pack in heavy tri-wall boxes.

	We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry by telling us the material, out diameter,
	wall thickness length, quantity and application of the steel pipe which you need. If you are very

	How can I get a sample to check your quality?
	After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
	we will provide you the sample for free, however we could only make sure the same material, the
	dimension will be much similar as your request but not same. And customer should afford the
	charge of shipment.

	How long can I expect to get the sample?
	The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
	You can use your own consignee account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

	What about the lead time for mass production?
	Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

	What is the Small Qty Process Charge.
	It is the payment for customer whose order qty is less then Min Order Qty. Because small qty of
	products should be processed same in the production flow as big qty and the average cost would
	get much higher than big ones. So there is a small Qty Process Charge to ensure the profit of our
	factory and usually the amount of it is about $250.00

	We could print the logo and label under your requirements if you need OEM products. Beside this,
	we still do some refined processes like CNC cutting, chamfering, galvanization and tapping, if you
	have detailed spec or drawing.Our production lead time is within 30-45 days.

	We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost
