Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company ?

A1: We are manufacturer for more than 10 years experience in trailers and trailer accessories.

Q2: What is your terms of payment ?

A2: T/T , 30% deposit before production , 70% balance T/T against doc .  We can send the QC photos per your require. For special payment requirement , we can talk case by case .

Q3: What is the MOQ ?

A: 5 units per items , and one mixed 20ft container for the trial order .

Q4: What is the delivery time ?

A4: Usually 30 days for one container after receiving the down payment .

Q5: Can I get a sample , is that for free ? How long can I get the sample ?

A5: Sample order is acceptable , you should pay for the sample fee and the freight cost to deliver the sample , but we’ll return the sample cost when you place the official container order . It usually takes about 10 days to finish the samples .

Q6: Do you do OEM trailers ?

A6:Yes ,we do and very welcome to the OEM products , please send us technical drawings and detail specifications , we’re professional manufacturer for OEM products .

Q7 : Do you inspect all your goods before delivery ?

A7: Yes we have our own inspections in all of production processes , and we welcome your inspector to come to inspect the goods as well .
