Gravity Casting Machine is a machine which is used in casting not only aluminum
but also zinc and some other metals.

 

Feature

1. It adopts complete hydraulic driving, and the hydraulic pumps, Electro-hydraulic proportional valves     and other hydraulic elements are all imported from Japan.
2.The tilting angle can be set discretionarily from 0~90°.
3.The tilting speed can be ajusted steplessly in the range of 14s/10°, and multistage speeds in tilting       angle range can be set to meet multiple casting processes.
4.Use human-computer interface, conditions can be displayed in real time, data entered through              menu, multiple process parameters can be set.
5.The machine is able to work in the temperature between 0 to 40°c, and in the environment of dusty      and metal spatterring in high-temperature.
6.Setting aside 2-way pumping block cylinder interfaces.Install and replace the mould expediently.
