Unique 8mm tempered glass protection, table top doesn’t sag, fight against, strong security, but also with high permeability and sensitivity of human touch.
Design - IP43 dust & waterproof and Anti-electric shock safety design
IP43 Dust & Waterproof; motherboard is installcd in the table, not base, the water level is lower than the back of the table, EKAA interactive smart table is still working.
Anti-electric shock safety design: we provide 12V DC input, even if there is water on the power cable/connector, there is no danger of electric shock.

EKAA will continue to provide services with reasonable price to the customer.
2. Supplier has responsible for maintenance the machine lifetime, after the warranty period,
supplier continues to offer the technical service, but replacing the spare parts,
supplier only charge for material and service fee.
3. Man-made and the damage caused by natural disasters not within the warranty.

2. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Foretell always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We focus on every detail, our products accept CE, RoHS authentication, etc.
3. Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: Normally we offer 1 year free warranty but whole life time technical support. After 1 year, components would be charged if any mulfunctions occur on the device.

A: Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is calculated according to Specs/Size/Quantity of each of your order, it is negotiable for large quantity.
5. Q:what brand of screen are you using?
A: Only Samsung,LG,AUO and CHIMEI screen would be used which are original imported.

A:Yes we do have our own enclosure factory ,and we have the best structural Engineer,we hope to provide you with best screen and shape, so OEM is also welcome.
