Glass Machine Driving System

Characteristics:

The drive system contains:gear box,conveyor belt,tension assembly,belt tracking system,and  various rollers.

1.A helical geared motor is adapted instead of a plantary reducer,with the strong points of low noise,reliable operation,smaller size,and a higher efficiency.

2.The support bars at the belt-sliding bracket are arranged like fish bones,to reduce the sliding friction of the belt on the bracket.

3.Bigger diameter of the driving roller and rubber coated press roller make sure a smooth movements of the belt without any shaking.

4.The bearing brackets for the loading roller is installed at both sides of the moudle,so that the bearings can work reliable without water-cooling.
