Application Note

 

1.     These data are generated under room temperature without extra pressure, test media is water. Your results may vary depending on variables such as the solvent used, the material of tubing, temperature, pressure, humidity, voltage etc.

2.     TS500-RZ1030-4-D peristaltic pump is suitable for liquid viscosity like water or weak viscosity liquid.

3.     TS500-RZ1030-4-D peristaltic pump is suitable for corrosive or non-corrosive liquid when equipping different kinds of tubing, liquid only go through tubing, so tubing material is the main factor for corrosion problem.

4.     2 pieces straight connectors are necessary for pump tube on TS500-RZ1030-4-D, or tubing will get slide when working, we will standard equip 10cm rubber tube and 2 pieces straight connectors for each pump for your order, if you need more tubes and connectors for spare use, please order them in our shop.

5.     TS500-RZ1030-4-D peristaltic pump can be controlled by ON/OFF SPEED CW/CCW control, but it is not suitable for bottle filling which need to be preset filling volume, filling time and interval time.

6.     The stepper motor of TS500-RZ1030-4-D peristaltic pump was MINEBEA imported from Japan with high reliability, if you need the manual of motor, please contact our customer service.
