Q1. Do you have a range of stock item for sale?

A: Normally, we have the standard size clear float glass and Colored Glass/reflective glass in stock, could load it for you within 5-10days after order is confirmed.

Q2. What's your MOQ?

A: Generally, our minimum order for Colored Glass quantity is one 20ft full container, if your quantity is less than one full container, the price will be much higher.

Q3. How can I get the best price?

A: In order to offer our best price for you, please kindly send all the details of Colored Glass as below for us:
a. Glass type, size, thickness.
b. How about the approximate quantity?
c. Do you have any special requirement like drill holes, cut notches, cutouts, acid etched, silkscreen?
d. When do you need those glass?

Q4. Can you supply the free samples?

A: Yes, we can supply free small size samples of Colored Glass for you. In general, our sample size is 100x150mm. If need the larger size samples according to your require, you should pay a little freight cost. 

Q5: How about the package? Are they safe?

A: Our Colored Glass use the seaworthy strong plywood crates. The crates will be very strong

and every loading worker has at least 5 years packed, loading and fixation crates with container experience. And loading pictures will be sent after shipment .

Q6: What should I do when happened broken?

A: After 20 years glass experience, we have established our special professional after-sale service department. So If any broken happened, please be sure take more photos / video including: the container no. when open the container and unloading process.
