Fermentation and Bright Beer tank Configuration

Both the fermentors and BBT are made from quality Stainless steel 304, with dished head, the design can be cylindrical with 60 degree conical bottom or horizontal type.

With all the connections of coolant inlet and outlet, two or three sections of the cooling dimple jacket, safety valve, sample valve, PT100 temperature sensor,sanitary spray ball, CIP cleaning port, beer and drain outlet, top or side manway.

Besides of the brew house and beer tanks, the support equipments are also the important part of the brewery, Cassman provide the turn key projects of the brewery and have the best suppliers of the support equipment.

Mill system

We offer the roller miller with the capacity of 80kg/h,300kg/h,500kg/h,and 800kg/h.

For the micro brewery, we can also offer the flex auger, grain bin and stainless steel grist hopper.

Steam generator

Safe and high quality Steam generator with soft water treatment.

Specification: 30kg/h,50kh/h,100kg/h,200kg/h,300kg/h,500kg/h and 1000kg/h.

Type: natural gas or electricity

Cooling system

Cooling system is one of the most part of the brewery, we provide the air-chilled and water-chilled industrial chiller. The specification is 2HP,4HP,5HP,8HP,10HP,15HP,20HP and 30HP.

Meanwhile, there will be insulated glycol tank or cold water tank connected with the pumps.

CIP system

Two or three tanks connected with pumps, caustic tanks heated by electricity.

Specification: 100L, 200L,300L,500L,1000L,2000L.

Control system

PLC or DCS system. Siemens(S7) Brand PLC control system,Control the power of the brew house, the variable frequency of the wort pump ,control the temperature and the pump of the hot water tank,Control the temperature & pressure of the fermenter and bright beer tanks,

UL certification as a option for the Control cabinet, touch screen and all the electrical elements.

Kegging line and Stainless Steel Kegs

Keg filling machine and Keg washing machine.

Delivery time 20-50 days

According to the quantity of the fermentation tanks, the delivery time need 20-45 days, which include the equpiment design, manufacture and Inspeption before the delivery.

Cassman Facility:the plant covers an area of 4,000 square meters, with four workshops, equipped argon gas welding machines, auto polish machine, Stainless steel handling machine.   Certified with self-support imports and exports right,Obtained the ISO and CE certification. More than 20 engineers and brew masters were registered.
