How tires be recycled:
1. a. Depart complete tire into 3 parts, tire tread and two sidewalls byRHY tire cutter(new), then separate steel in sidewall byRWS100 Steel wire separator
b. Remove steel in tire sidewall byTire Debeader.
2. Tire tread and free steel tire sidewalls / debeaded tires shredded (byRDS tire shredder) into 50*50mm rubber pieces, through firstly steel wire separation system.
3. 50*50mm rubber pieces crushed byRSS rasperinto 1-15mm rubber crumbs, through second steel wire separation get 98% pure steel wire.
4. 1-7mm rubber crumbs crushed byRSG granulatorinto 1-7mm rubber granules.
5. 1-7mm rubber granules grinded byRubber Powder Disc Mill orRubber Powder Roller Mill into rubber powder.
6. Rubber powder pass through Fiber Separatorto get pure rubber powder.
7. Disc vibration sorter to sorting specific size rubber powder as required.
1. Application: car/truck/OTR tires recycling into rubber granules/rubber powder/steel wires/fiber.
2. Rubber powder mesh: 30-120mesh
3. Feature: automatic 24hours continuous running plant with water cooling system, small space; Low energy consumption, No polluted water; No waste gas ;No waste residue ;high efficiency
4. Feedin tires diameter: less than 2.4 meters.
5. Capacity: 0.5-10Ton/H
