     Sample time: Around 3-5 days after design and sample charge confirmed.

     Sample fee: It will be collected based on real cost of pearl and accessory.

     Mould charge: It will be collected if the accessory is not available from our stock.

     Quality: For pearls, no matter for sample or for production, we can guarantee the

                   pearls chosen are the same quality level as clients request. While, each

                   pearl is not 100% same as others since peals are the organic jewel from

                   nature. For the sterling silver jewellery series, we can guarantee that they

                   are S925 sterling silver. If you find anyone haven't reached this standard

                   we will refund by 10 times indemnity.

      Payment:1. T/T, Wester union, Alipay, Paypal are workable.

                       2. 30% deposit in advance, balance to be paid before the delivery.

                       3. Customer is responsible for the tax and/or duty charged by yourside.
