Usage and results
Principle of Chlamydia Rapid Test Device
One Step Chlamydia Swab/Urine Test is a rapid immuno chromatographic test for the visual detection of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen in female endocervical swab or male penile swab and urine specimens. This test adopts double antibody sandwich method detects the presence of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen.
Test procedure
A. Samples processing and control:

1. Put the sample tube workbench, add A 6 drops of solution.
2. To swab sampling in A solution containing A sample tube, room temperature preservation, revolve and squeeze the swab in processing within the tube wall, make the liquid out unceasingly, repeated many times, 2 minutes.
3. Then add 6 drops of solution B, rotate and squeeze the swab as much as possible to get the liquid out, and discard the swab as you would with an infected object.
4. If use samples within 60 minutes after processing, will not affect the test results kits.

Interpretation of results
Positive: test card test line and quality control line appeared two purple band. The positive results show that the samples contained chlamydia trachomatis antigen.
Negative: the quality of the test card line appears only a purple band. Negative result shows: the chlamydia trachomatis antigen detection, or content is lower than the detection range.
Invalid: if there is no purple with quality control line, operation process is not correct or kit. In this case, read the instructions carefully and retest with the new paper card
