Q: Can I buy one sample for testing ?

A: Yes, we can supply you with a sample. for most of the models, we have them in stock. we can supply you with the sample within 2 days after we get your payment.

Q: How long is the Warranty?

A: One year. After one year, we will supply you with cheap spare parts if any problem.

Q: What is the Trade Terms?

A: FOB, CIF, CNF,EXW,DDU etc.

Q: How to make the payment?

A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C

If the amount is less than US$8000,100% TT in advance.
More than US$8000, 30% deposit in advance,balance to be paid before shipment.

Q: Can I visit your factory?

A: We warmly welcome you come to visit us at Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. You can take the airplane to Shanghai, then take the fast train for 50 minute to Hangzhou railway station,  we can pick you up at the railway station. If you fly to Hangzhou directly, we can pick you up at the airport.
