ICEUPS VEGETABLES & FRUITS VACUUM COOLER

 

• Rapid cooling: It takes only 20~30 minutes per cycle to reach the preset temperature, which can quickly process the fruits and vegetables after concentrated picking.


• Cooling evenly: Under extreme vacuum conditions, through the evaporation of water, the heat of fruits and vegetables is taken from the inside out, and the center core and the surface temperature are consistent.


• Dormant state: After the fruits and vegetables are harvested in the field, the fruits and vegetables are still living in the process of storage and circulation.But the fruits and vegetables after processed by vacuum cooler which can stop growing and reach a dormant state. And the fruits and vegetables will not turn yellow and rot, thereby prolonging the shelf life.


• Sterilization effect: In general,organism will stop living under the vacuum stateof 200Pa. Our vacuum cooler can reach an extreme vacuum state of 600Pa which can kill any fungus.
