Working principle


FZ series conical screen cone mill, which consists of feed hopper, drive motor, rotator, conical screen and discharge chute, is designed for gentle, intermediate grinding and deagglomeration of powders and granules usually after drying, mixing and granulation to get uniform sized product. 


Material to be processed is gravity fed into the milling chamber. The low velocity grinding rotor forces the feedstock into a vortex flow path. Due to the high shear impact by the rotor, most of the product is reduced to below the hole size of screen and discharged instantaneously via the chute. A small percentage of larger unground particles remain in the milling chamber for further grinding. Product size is adjustable by the changing the screen with different hole size. 








Technical advantages

2. Made by SUS304 or SUS316 and mirror polished to meet GMP standards.
3. Gentle grinding action. Permits uniform size distribution, resulting in the minimum of fines.
4. Very easy and convinent for cleaning and changing screen.
5. Low dust levels. No need for air filtration. Keeps installation costs toa minimum.
6. High efficiency and low heat generation.
