CBFI BBI Series Block Ice Machines
BBI Series Block Ice Machine is the SECOND GENERATION ice block machine developed by CBFI, adopting coil pipe evaporator. For its high efficiency, low power consumption and more “fool” typed installation, the BBI ice block machine has enjoyed its popularity around the world.

In 2010, CBFI Launched a 100-ton 24 hours large-scale fluorine system ice block machine, which was successfully operated in Malaysia and was the first in the world.
1.Coil pipe evaporator is CBFI’s invention patent, it has a better evaporating effect with longer lifespan.
2.CBFI adopts anti-corrosion technology with the surface of the salt water pool , two primers and one top coat, the paint surface is resistant to low temperature, long-term salt water immersion does not fall off, and the service life is more than 35% higher than similar products.
3.Customized ice molds of any size Provided by CBFI
4.High power water agitator is used to replace the common water pump. The block ice machine is energy saving. Ice making power consumption had declined from 110kW·h to 74kW·h/ton.
5.Agitator makes the brine flowing faster, so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine. And agitator is much harder to be broken than water pump.
6.CBFI’s Ice making tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good effect in heat insulation.

Q1: How many ice block can make it? \t
A1: It is custome made products, you can get 100pcs, 200pcs, 500pcs, 1,000pcs or more ice block, each ice block can make 5kg, 10kg, 20kg 50kg.. such as if you want 500 pcs 10kg ice block, then it is 5,000kg capacity per day, we can supply and quote according to this.
Q2: How often does the ice block machine add salt?
A2: The salt water concentration is tested every 2 weeks (22-25 Baume degrees). When the concentration is lower than the standard concentration, salt needs to be added, because ice film will take away a part of the salt water. Generally, add salt once every 3 months.
Q3: The ice block machine for sale tests the pH once a month
A3: PH value between 7-8
Q4: Do we need other equipment to start ice block business
A4: Considering to ice block business running in long term, you can get ice storage room to store ice block and whenever client buy ice, you have enough ice to sell from ice storage room
