1. When can i get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. if you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can i get samples to check the quality?

After price confiramtion, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you need the samples, we will charge sample cost(100-250USD, it depends on products). but we will refund you if the quantity reach specified quantity.

 3. What kind of files do you accept for drawing?

PDF or AI.

4. Can you do the design for us?

Of course. we have professional designer, owning rich experience in product design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your idea with a perfect artwork. it does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. send us high resolution images, your logo and text ,then tell us how you would like to arrange them. we will send you finished files for confirmation.

5. How many days for samples?

After paying the samples charge and sending us confirmed files, we will done it within 7days. the samples will be sent to you by Express and arrive in 2-4days. you can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the quantity of order and the season you place the order. the lead time of MOQ is about 15days. but if you are very urgent in this order, do not worry, we will push productuion time and meet your deadline. this is our biggest advantage on delivery time.

7. What is your terms of price?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.
