Designed for laminating various plastic cards in A4/A3 sheets.
Characterized with hydraulic pressing, electric heating, water cooling, single/double tower and normal electric control.
The whole machine structure is well compact and rigid.
The heating temperature and the cool or heat pressure are controlled automatically with easy operation.
The hydraulic system applies imported famous-brand parts. The water circulating system is equipped.

\tDesigned for laminating various smart cards such as Inlays, contactless card, contact IC card, electronic labels.
\tIt features hydraulic pressing, electric heating, water cooling and PLC controlling.
\tThe dual-tower structure is well compact and rigid.
\tThe pressure releasing spring is applied between the top template and upper beam to realize slight contact.
\tThe temperature for heating and the pressures for cool and heat lamination are controlled through the fully-closed loop.
\tThe temperature is evenly distributed and the control of pressure is accurate. The control precision of temperature is as ±1ºC and the control precision of pressures are as ±0.3MPa.
\tIn order to meet the special lamination demands of high-end cards, the process of hot template rising can be set into 1 to 5 sections as per specific technological requirements and the time for staying at each section can be flexibly set.
\tHot lamination has 8 grades and cool lamination has 4 grades.
\tThe human-machine interface adopts a touch screen which is simple and direct.
\tThe heat tower is on the right side and the cool tower is on the left side.
\tThere are two kinds of laminating board materials: 45# steel and imported aluminum alloy. We can use different materials according to customer requirement.

\tDesigned for laminating various smart cards such as Inlays, contactless card, contact IC card, electronic labels. Also it can be used for laminating of multilayer circuit boards in the industries of PCB, FPC and CCL.
\tIt features hydraulic pressing, electric heating, water cooling and PLC controlling.
\tThe cool-heat combined laminating boards apply imported aluminum alloy plates. The hydraulic system applies the parts made in Taiwan. The control system applies OMRON products. Heat & cool laminating are combined in same daylights (openings) without material transfer during laminating.
\tThe processing parameters are input with man-machine interface by touch screen. It is automatically inspected and controlled by PLC.

\tIt features hydraulic pressing, electric heating, water cooling and PLC controlling.

\tThe heating temperature and the pressure for both hot and cool tower are controlled through the fully closed loop.
\tThe temperature is evenly distributed and the pressure controlling is accurate. The control precision of temperature is as ±1.5ºC and the control precision of pressure is ±0.3MPa.
\tBoth hot and cool lamination process can be divided into 4 grades.
\tThe human-machine interface adopts a touch screen which is simple and direct.
\tThe heat laminating openings is on the upper side and the cool laminating openings is on the lower side.
\tYCY-115B 420x520 is for laminating A3+ plastic sheets 3x8,4x8 layout; YCY-115B 250x350 is for laminating A4 2x5 plastic sheets.
