Tungsten Alloy: W, Ni, Fe, Cu

These alloys contain 90% or more tungsten with nickel, iron, or copper added. Unlike pure tungsten, these materials can be conventionally machined and are less expensive. However, they cannot withstand the extremely high heat that it would take to melt pure tungsten and are not as hard.

Common uses for Tungsten Heavy Alloys are: Weights, Ballast, Vibration and kickback reduction, X-ray shielding, Ion beam apertures, aircraft bucking bars

High density tungsten alloy balls, they provide good mechanical properties, wear and corrosion resistance (mainly W-Ni-Cu) and good thermal stability. W-Ni-Fe alloys show light magnetic properties.

Special bearings, pumps and valves, flowmeters, ball screws, measurement instruments. They are preferred when good hardness and wear resistance properties in not too aggressive environments are demanded.

NAVY MIL-T-21014: tungsten base parts, high density metal (sintered or hot pressed), coated, electrodeposited chromium.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, we also can pack the goods based on your requirements, like your own labels.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15-25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

A: We can send you the sample free of charge if it is standard type. For non-standard type, we may need to charge for the mould fee.
