Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: 1)Generally it is 2-5 days if the goods are in stock.
2)As for Custom new products. The tooling production time is 15 workingdays, after the samples are confirmed, the goods production time isQ15 workingdays. Of caurse, we also can adjust to meet special urgency situation.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer some products sample for free charge, and you just need to offer your Express Account.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
