Description

Pneumatic punching machine, also named as pneumatic drilling machine, plastic bags punch, punching machine. It is a auxiliary of pneumatic drilling mold for the bag –making machine.The signal is given by the bag-making machine ,transmitted to the electromagnetic valve,then the puncher start work..its structure is similar to the cold punching mold. Mainly use in plastic bags, paper ,film punch .These devices have entered the Chinese mainland since the early 1990s

 

 

Structure of pneumatic punching machine

Pneumatic punching machine mold base are made of precision casting alloy materials, punching power  choose high precision cylinder, the punch chooses import steel. Suitable for PE, PP, OPP, PO, PVC, PPE, CPE, non-woven, aluminum paper. The thickness of the cutting material is 0.01 mm. (It can be customized according to the material)
