	Motor Drive The powerful 1.5-kw motor liberates the operators. Goodbye to hand wheels! The operator only needs to push buttons and wait for crayons to come out.
Water Cooled The machine is water cooled and produces crayons as fast as 5 minutes a batch.
	Adjustable Position Switches These switches stop the rising and falling movement of the machine automatically. The crayon height can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the length of screw of position switch.

Our general engineer studies crayon samples or drawings provided by customers and design machines. 

2.Production Management

One crayon machine has hundreds of parts. Our production engineer assigns the part-manufacturing tasks to suitable machine tools according to the accuracy requirement of general engineer. He measures the parts to guarantee that they conform with the drawings.

1.Training

We provide detailed operation manuals to teach customers how to operate and maintain the machines. Videos and photos are also provided as a support. We welcome customers to visit us to get trained. Whenever customers have any questions of candle production, we are glad to provide technical support.

2.Warranty

All our machines have a one-year warranty.
