1. Q: What's your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ for each design is 720pcs and 3600pcs for other products. MOQ 720pcs not avalible to custom packaging, the packageing with the our own design. But 3600pcs for OEM order.
2. Q: What's your production time ?
A: Our production time is around 30 days, include purchased material, printing, assemble and packaging.
3. Q: Does the product can be customized LOGO or patter design ?
A: Yes, it's acceptable, and we also do OEM order.
4. Q:Does the sample is free or rechargeable ?
A: Free for our existing product and rechargeable for OEM product, but it's refundable if place an order.
5. Q: What's your packaging ?
A: Our normal packaging is in polybag with header or insert card, customized your own packaging is acceptable.
6. Q: What's your payment terms ?
A: 30% T/T deposit, 70% after the copy of B/L, and it can be adjust after several cooperation.
