how to use
1) After placing an order, the cashier hands the customer a Table Tracker Coaster with an assigned number.
2) Your customer then selects a desired seat and places the Table Tracker Coaster on the table. The Coaster reads the table number and sends the information to LCD monitor.
3) When the order is ready, the runner no longer needs to go through every where of the restaurant to look for the customer. Instead, the runner simply checks the LCD monitor to find the table number at which the customer sits. Then the order is directly delivered to the right table and your customer receives the food order fast and still hot.
4) The runner then takes the Table Tracker back.
Advantages:
1. CTLM01( set-top box ) provides a connector, so you can choose your own screen, set-top box is directly connected to the LCD monitor.
2. CTLT01 is a table tag, but it needs additional lines(the lines are included when shipping). When we install the table tags, the wire lines need to be put a circle under the whole table.(all table location, no dead zone.)
3. Increase customer experience, no need to take food by himself. Comfortable and no need to worry about losing the personal things.
4. Be safer if the food is hot, the runner could take the food to the table directly.
5. Locate the whole table, no dead line.
