When we got your order ,we will start to produce the film
by gusseted roll from your size details and thickness .
It is called jumbo roll ( gusseted tubing )

Load this jumbo tubing roll onto rolling bag machine
This machine have 1500mm width .
So it can produce the size at 1500*1500 gusseted type of pallet cover
(normally the pallet cover are less than 1300mm*1300mm)

Welding knife with 3mm width can keep the welding line of the bag well and strong
Even 250um 4 layers gusseted part also can sealed well .

High pressure infrared induction puncture can let the tearing line of each bag tear very well
and keep the next bag no damaged
We will work out the weight of bag when we got your details and suggest how many bags per roll
(normally 25-40kgs per roll for easy carrying)
The bags rolling on 3" paper core or plastic core
We according to your product or pallet size to customize the thickness and the size of shrink bag

Q1. Whats is your biggest width and thickness of your film?
A: Maximum width:5.4m range of thickness:30-230um
Maximum width:7m range of thickness:15-110um.

A: The PE film belongs to customized products
Clear color have lower M.O.Q based on the size
Colored film will have little more M.O.Q because we have to clean the machine after prouced the colored film
But most of our clients with their custom color and LOGO

Q4. What are the additional functions of PE film products?
A: Long term outdoor storage:UV Stabilised
For metal products: VCI (anti rust)
For automatic shrink packaging machine:jumbo roll (more than 1ton/roll)
For drinking packaging:multi-color gravure plate printing
For composite coating use:corona treatment.
Q5. What is your packing method?
A: Each roll has a separate plastic packaging film
Core of film roll with plastic cap to suitable for the long distance transportation
Rolls loading on plastic pallet
Single bags packing into the flat cartons then loading on pallet with stretch wrap or shrink cover on outside.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the film products and how to keep the logo no fade?
A: Yes. We have high quality gravure printing machine.
We will payback the costs of the copper plate when the quantity order reached a certain amount.
PE film will have corona treatment before printing to keep the logo no fade.
