1.Q: Am I able to refill the essential oil ?
A: Yes,you can refill the bottle when the essential runs out, and alcohol for clean maintaining.

2.Q: How can I adjust the flavor concentration of scent ?
A: You can set the work time of the machine to manage the flavor concentration, like work 30 secs, off 30 secs, or work 30 secs , off 60 secs.etc .

3.Q: What’s the material of your Electric Scent Diffuser?
A: It''s aluminium alloy /metal/PMMA outer, for its good lookings, and plastic, to protect the damaged from oil, less heavier.

4.Q: How to clean the machine?
A: There are five steps to clean to the machine
a. Take out the bottle.
b. Clean the oil bottle with ethyl alcohol.
c. Fill in fresh alcohol in the bottle and install it to the machine and open power for 10 minutes to clean the machine.
d. After the machine is cleaned, turn off the power.
e. Take out the essential oil and put into the metal bottle and install the bottle into the machine and close the back door.

5.Q: Will it come with the retail box?
A: Yes, we will send it with the retail box in blank (without any logo on it).

6.Q: How long is the warranty for scent diffuser?
A: Warranty is one year upon buyer’s receipt of cargo.
     Include:
     Pump, PCB plate, inside wire, atomizer.
     Exclude:
     atomizer corn, seal ring, whole shell and other damages which caused by human or their wrong behavior.
     *If any unfortunate quality issue in warranty period,seller will provide corresponding spare part for FREE for buyer to fix the issue,the shipping cost will be borne by buyer,or seller can ship with buyer’s next order.

7.Q: Can I print / stick my logo on machine?
A: Yes, you can if the order reach up to 200 pieces per model.
We will produce the logo item for you if you can provide logo design in CDR/ AI format.

8.Q: Can we get the sample to check before place large order?
A: Yes, sample order is accepted for evaluation/testing nefore bulk order.

9.Q: How can I order?
A: There are 2 methods for you to place order as below,
     a. You can place order thru Alibaba page directly;
     b. Email us with the models and quantity you need, then we edit proforma invoice with shipping cost for your confirmation, once you paid, we will arrange production and delivery, then update the tracking number / Air /Sea Waybill.
