6TF-56# Soybean Thresher Machine

This soybean thresher model 6TF-56# is using for threshing the soybean from the dried soybean plant.

It can automatically separate the threshed soybeans from straw & dust.

The separation was done by a fan instead of a vibrating screen.

This makes the soybean thresher much more economical and practical for farmers.

Working Principle

Main Parts: Feeding hopper, roller (with specially-made blades), screen, fan, steel frame.

1. Feed the soybean plant into the hopper.

2. The blade (tooth) on the thresher roller cut off the soybean straw and break the legume.

It's a specially-made blade (tooth), makes sure the soybean in good condition (unbroken).

3. The threshed soybean flow out of

the discharge hole to be collected.

4. The straw and dust were blown out of

the thresher with the help of the fan.

The rotation speed of the fan was adjusted by many times of testing.

This makes sure the soybean, which is heavier than straw, won't be blown out,

while all the straw can be blown out of the machine.
