1. Can I get some samples?
Yes, we are honored to offer samples to you for quality test. The sample may add extra fee. But if you purchase the quantity reached a 40HQ, it can be returned back to you.
2. What’s the delivery time?
Usually , it takes about 45 days to produce an order for 40 HQ. But please kindly notice that the exact delivery time might be different.
3. How do I pay for my purchase order?
As usual, our payment is 30% deposit advanced by T/T, 70% balance against of the B/L copy by T/T. But we also accept payment as follows: L/C. D/P, D/A or PayPal.
4. Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes, different models can be mixed in one container. But there is the requirements of the quantity of each model
5. How does your factory do related quality control?
Quality is top priority. We attach great importance to quality control in the full production line . You can rest assure that every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it is packed for shipment.
6. What are your warranty terms?
Usually, one years warranty for the frame ,and half year for the bicycle parts. And please contact us.
