1.Package :Each set of basin faucet is packaged in a single cloth bag, Then packaged in inner color box with
Logo or neutral box. Then 12 pcs a set in outer carton. Or can be designed by customer's requirements.
2.Loading Port:Shanghai, Ningbo, etc.
3.Delivery Time:Normal order within 20-30 days.

Q1. How to get a sample?

A: Sample order is acceptable. Pls contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

Q2. Are you manufactor or trading?

A: We are manufacturers. The factory has a complete production line, including gravity casting lines, machining lines, polishing lines and assembly lines. We can produce 80,000 products every month, we also have many long-term cooperation manufacturers, we can provide a variety of latest products, there are more than 1000 products for your choice.

Q3. Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?

A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

Q4. Can your factory print our brand on the product?

A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

Q5. What about the leading time?

A: In general, the leading time is about 15 to 25 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.
