1,Leading Features

Specially designed for the vacuum metalizing industry, this product is a particularly produced coating by peculiar modification. It has good properties, such as excellent adhesion and mechanical resistance, low temperature fast drying, lasting brightness, fullness, good levelling, few or no pitting, high hardness, good handle, insusceptible to scratching, matting resistance, rare emergence of rainbow pattern, stable properties and broad suitability. It enjoys the trust and acceptance greatly of the customers. Tested by the" State Quality Supervision and Test Centre of Coating," certified by the "National Information Centre of Coating Industry", the properties of every item are excellent and up to or surpass the requirements of technical standards. 2,Fields of Application

This product can be applied as vacuum metalizing primer and top coat for plastics, such as PS, ABS, and pretreated PP substrate.


3,Application Procedure

For priming and top coating dip application is used. In general, the volume ratio of this coating to diluent is 1:3(with flexibility, if required).
Drying Schedule:
For primer, 2 hours at 60°C-70°C, baking is required(longer time for thicker film). For top coat , 1 hour at 50°C-60°C, baking is required.
Diluent:Diluents matching the coating, such as DA or T-407 for special use, should be used. Special diluent DA of Shenzhan company is recommended.


4,Storage and Transportation

Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine are required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden during application.
Storage Period of Validity:
1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
