Remove salts and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water cleaning.

Remove oil thoroughly with suitable detergent in accordance with SSPC-SP1.

Dust  and other contaminant clean by vacuum.

Confirm the surface clean and dry.

Steel : bare steel 

Top coat : high chlorination polyethylene primer, acrylic acid primer or refer our system.
