About solar street light working principle:

The solar street light relies on solar energy, which is clean, endless and environment-friendly. The system is mainly composed of solar panel, light source, controller and battery. In daytime, when there is sunshine, the solar panel can convert the solar energy to electric energy and store it in the battery. At night or rainy or cloudy condition, the battery shall supply power for normal lighting. The controller can judge the brightness of daylight and automatically switch on the light. The whole process is operating in completely automatic mode, without human action.

A GRADE high efficient solar panel

Solar panels are made of monocrystalline or polycrystalline silicon solar cells, series connection or parallel connection, 

then hotpressed and sealed by tempering glass and EVA,TPT, equipped with aluminum alloy frame, have the characteristic of the windresistant, hail resistant and easy installation. The panel is widely used in solar lighting, lamps, household power supply, road transport, building and photovoltaic power station, etc.

USA BRAND LED and Aluminum Section Bar Light Fixture

brand new model 20-90W LED street light. Features are: 

1. 20W, 30W, 40W,50/60/80/90W..... available (with Bridgelux or CREE LED).

2. 20-30W beam angle: lateral 120 degree, vertical 60 degree;

3. 40-90W beam angle: lateral 140 degree + 20 degree adjustable = 160 degree, vertical 60 degree;

4. Interpole distance can be 45-55M;

5. 20W per module by Epistar LED (85lm/W, 3 year warranty),  30W per module by CREE LED;

6. With CREE LED, 85lm/W or 95lm/W, with the best MEANWELL driver, 5 year warranty;

7. Pole socket 0 - 115 degree adjustable, so enable both lateral and vertical installation

Thicker zinc galvanization and painting: we offer 100 μm zinc and coating than the standard 80 μm

Warranty

BAODE guarantees the purchaser for the period of two (2) years that BAODE’s new lighting systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. BAODE will, at its option, repair or replace any BAODE’s system that is defective for a minimum of two (2) years after the date of purchase.

 

Installation

BAODE offers detailed instructions and videos for installation. Besides, BAODE can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects more than 100 poles because we has developed her experienced technical team. 

 

After Sales

BAODE will offer technical guidance and repair service for the whole life time of her products. 

BAODE promises to respond with customer’s questions within 24 working-hours.

 

Payment terms: 30% in advance and 70% before shipment.

Lead time: 2~3 weeks upon receipt of payment for 50 poles. 

Shipping: Generally, solar lights are shipped by sea. Battery and pole are not available to ship by air.

Package: Individual package for each component of solar light. Wooden box for LED lamp and solar panel for LCL goods. 80 poles load a 40 HP container for 8M solar street lights and 60-3.5m solar garden lights in a 20 container.
