MOVEMENT DESCRIPTION

Compressed air will push and press the oval piston.

With tilting surface, the wedge hook will transfer the movement to side movement, and initiate the action of the  two base jaws simultaneously.

A3:  Yes, we offer two type of blank jaw. One is aluminium and the other is steel. We can also make fingers for you. Please let us know your finger drawing. Or let us know your work piece information, we will design and make it for you.

A4: Yes, it just add a flange between gripper and robot arm. We can design and make flange for you. 

 

Q5: Does grippers have dust protection? 

A5: Yes, we can offer protection module for two finger gripper and it will reach IP 60. 

 

Q6: Is there finger quick change device? 

A6: Yes, we offer finger quick change system.   

 

Q7:  Quality policy?

A7:  We test it before shipment. The life cycles is 10,000,000 times for standard situation.
