We adopt highly vacuumed multi-circle insulation technology to produce the biological liquid nitrogen containers 2l liquid nitrogen semen container for artificial insemination in cows farm ,which have good performance of low temperature insulation ,and evaporation can be let down to minimum.So,the containers 2l liquid nitrogen semen container for artificial insemination in cows farm can be widely used of farming ,medical treatment ,scientific research,machine manufacture and other areas,In these areas liquid nitrogen can be used as cryogen to store the animal’s semen,vaccine ,toadstool,other biology samples,cold metal and precision parts cryogenic assembly and so on.

(1)The liquid nitrogen dewar consists of an inner container,an outer container ,3-6 canisters and a neck tube linking two containers above. The strength durable inner container and outer container are made up of high strength aluminum alloy.

(2) The storage tank employs multilayers thermal insulation material in high vacuum space between the inner and outer containers. Therefore it has excellent performance of deep freezing.

(3) The neck tube is made of reinforced glass plastic which has the lowest heat conduction coefficient, and for this reason it can control outside heat coming into the container from the neck tube to the minimum limit.

2) If machine have any problem after I receive it, how can I do ?

Free parts send to you in machine warranty period. If the part is less than 0.5KG, we pay the postage.

If it exceeds 0.5KG, you need to pay the postage.

3) Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
4) What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
