Description:

Pneumatic punching machine, also named as pneumatic drilling machine, plastic bags punch, punching machine. It is an auxiliary of pneumatic drilling mold for the bag –making machine. Structure of pneumatic punching machine

Manual or Foot Control Punching Operationa Notes:

(Puncher, Oil Cup,Footboard)

 

1.Footboard's left gas nozzle: Air inlet

It connects with the air cylinder's down air hole.

 

2.Footboard's right gas nozzle connect with upper air hole.

 

3.Footboard's side gas nozzle connect with oil cup.

 

4.Oil cup must be installed vertically!

If the water vapour is too much,then please press the below needle valve to release excess water vapor!

 

5.When the oil cup needs refueling.Be sure to pay attention to twist the upper left rotary knob,

counterclockwise to zero pressure before you can open the oil cup.

Otherwise,The oil cup will happen explosion under the bigger pressure opening.

Just rotating cup for adding the oil.
