Stable corona treatment

We ensure 36 dyne on film side which customer normally used for adhesive lamination, and stable 38 dyne on metallized side which recommend to use for printing. Moreover, we can offer corona reinforce treatment at rewinding machine. 

For high end use of BOPP holographic film, we further provide primer coated service to treat on metallized side, which can enhance the printing effect. And for PET holographic film, we can offer further layer coating service to protect the holographic effect.

Customized holographic pattern and logos acceptable,

We have cooperated plate company who can produce good master customized holographic plate, you can send your artwork with logos and designs in AI, CDR, or PDF format to us. 

We do good packaging to protect your valuable stocks,

Detailed packaging process in our factory: 

a. 3 inch paper core, strong plastic plug inside paper core on both ends to avoid paper core damage during oversea transportation
b. first layer bubble film, second layer kraft paper wrapping around film body
c. 2cm thick foam inside, and corrugated paper cover outside on both roll ends

Under this packaging, your will receive every roll same as what we packed in our factory.

Sample Policy:

We offer free sample sheets of our available stock film, also free pattern book which included all holograhic patterns, glitter patterns, all colors can be offered, the courier cost taken by buyer side, or freight collect express account of FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT. 

Minimum Order Quantity:

Our MOQ at 8000 sqaure meters each pattern. If you want to try trail order, we can also accepts small quantity as sample order, only we have to charge certain small amount of machine and plate cost.

Quick delivery time, our standard lead time is 15 days after 30% down payment received. 

Payment Terms:

We accept PayPal and Western Union for sample courier cost, and for bulk order, we can do T/T, and L/C at sight.
