How do you ensure quality inspection?
Our company has a strict quality control team and all products are examined under SGS before shipping.
ORDER
What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
The minimum order depends on the colour. For black, the MOQ is 500. For all other colour, the MOQ is 4000.
Can I request sample?
Yes, please contact us for specific product that you are interested in.
What is the lead time for a new order?
Lead times can vary depending on the product type and production time. For existing mould, order will be dispatched in 14 days. For new mould, it will take 28 days.
Can I request a specific packaging for my order?
Yes, we provide customized packaging at your request. In most circumstance, all orders are bagged in less than 1kg and packed 500 piences/bag.
PAYMENT
What is your payment term?
We accept paypal, T/T, credit card. Full payment for small order; otherwise 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping.

Yes, we ship domestically and internationally.
