This recycle PSF line can be used to produce recycle polyester staple fiber from recycle pet bottle as well as virgin chip.

This line is a flexible design. It can be used to produce both solid and hollow conjugated fiber from the same line by changing the spinneret.

The solid fiber can be from 1.5Denier to 15 Denier. The hollow and hollow conjugated fiber can be from 6Denier to 15Denier.

This line is easy for maintenance and operation.

4. Spinning speed :600-1250m/min.

5. Spinning position :4, 6 ,8, 12, 18, 24, 32

6. Stretching speed :50~280m/min.

7. Stretching ratio:3-5 times.

9. Fiber length :32.8-301.6mm.
