Parameters
* Above parameters is for standard model DLZ-320T/420T/520T.
* Usually, machine will be individually customized as per client actual need, and price depends on requirement details.
* Standard language is English, client shall specify if need other language.
* The machine can be equipped with gas fill function. We will put special hole punch for that, and make machine 30mm wider. It is with extra cost 2000USD.
* Air compressor cost additional 2000USD for air compressor.
* Ink jet printer is optional. Additional cost is 7500USD.
* Chilling box to keep recycling water cool all the time, additional cost is 1500USD.

1.Forming tools and various mold
All the molds will be individually made for required pack size/shape as client. It's related with price.
If have only one pack size
a. Form tools individually produced as per your actual pack size/shape.
b. Support different depth in same mold.
c. Online price include one pack size.
If have multi pack size
a. Each pack size/shape require one mold.
b. Format size fixed, so that all molds can share same format.
c. One machine support maxi 3 different molds.
d. About 1500 USD charge for each extra mold.
2.How to change mold?
It's very simple to convert different pack size/shape. Cost about 10-20 minutes.
Client can change the forming/sealing/cutting tools as below.

Pack material
Just put up/down films roll, the machine will form container for food, then seal films together.
Photo sensor
Install a photo sensor specially for printed film, so that it can detect position of film and seal correctly.
Minimun film consumpt
The film scrap only about 30mm on its edge.
Device for film scrap
The wheels will gather film scrap together. Client can easily remove it from wheels.
Output with conveyor
Machine will gentlely send finished packs with conveyor, then they will move to other systems.
Separate pack chamber
In this chamber, machine will vacuum/gas fill/seal.
Touch screen
The machine is controlled by PLC+touch screen.
Chinese / Saudi / Spanish / Russia / English language are optionals.
Changeable molds
It's easy to convert molds for different packs size.
It can support maxi 3 different molds in the same machine.
