For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents.

Q3:WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY TERM?

Our company offer 1% free spare parts to FCL order.There is a 12months warranty for our export products from the date of the shipment.

If warranty has run out,our customer should pay for the replacement parts.

Q4:CAN I USE MY OWN LOGO AND DESIGN ON PRODUCTS?

YES, OEM is welcomed. B:30-40 days for LCL or FCL order depend on order quantity.

Q5: CAN I CHECK THE QUALITY OF GOODS BEFORE DELIVERY?

A:Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
