Service
Once you find a new supplier, it's normal that you buy a sample to check the quality and the package. Very often the supplier will provide a "free" sample but you need to pay the freight charges, from $20 to $ 40 or even more.
We are not going to prove if the sample charge had been calculated into the freight cost. You are now having another choice: ask your suppliers to send the "free" sample to us and we will send all of them to you in one delivery. Suppose you have 5 suppliers to send you the samples, you don't have to pay 5 times $20 or $40 but only once. Obviously the freight cost of one parcel with 5 items will be much cheaper than 5 parcels with 1 items, even with our service charge below.
USD28 - Basic: Samples from up to 5 suppliers and less than 10kgs of the total weight.
USD58 - Premium: Samples from up to 20 suppliers or weight more than 10kgs.

** Product Sourcing (if needed) not included;
** Inland/Overseas freight as well as the sample charge (if have) will be on behalf of the buyer.

If you don't have any suppliers yet, you can use our sourcing service to get them;
Potential suppliers will be reported to you for your confirmation to buy the samples;
We will talk to each supplier confirm the sample charges and the delivery;
Tracking numbers will be recorded and usually we can get the samples in 3 days;
When samples arrived, we can show them to you by the video talk;
Good samples will be delivered the same days or the next day;
Bad samples will be declined or ask for a new one to replace;
Tracking number of the courier will be sent to you once the parcel sent out.
